The Big News

So I have not been blogging for a very long time and I wanted to tell you all why. I am going to go back to the beginning...

 First off we had a lot of family visit in August. My brother Brandon and his wife Ashley and their three kids came to visit, my aunt Cathy and uncle Steve and their two kids Jennica & Jillian, my friend Nicole, and my other brother Quinton and his wife, Mallory. They all came at different times but it was a very busy month. 

While Quinton and Mallory were here I was not feeling very good. I decided when they left I was going to go to an urgent care clinic since I don't have a primary doctor here yet. Urgent care can do more than a walk-in clinic but not as much as an emergency room. After I got drilled with questions and had some test run we found out I had a UTI, which is what I thought I had, but I was not prepared for the other thing I found out.

 I was pregnant! 

I had to take my own test at home to make sure it was for real. 

When the doctor came in to tell us I thought Jeff was going to pass out. I looked at him and his face turned white. It wasn't an unwanted surprise, it was just a surprise because I thought I had had my "monthly visitor" the week before, but apparently I didn't. 

Once we left the clinic we couldn't stop smiling! We called our family and let them all know the big news! We then had to start looking for a doctor and get this adventure going and so far it has been a BIG adventure for both of us.
