When I grow up

What I want to be when I grow up....

I was thinking today about all the things I want to do and how I can do them.  The problem is a lot of the things I want to do not many people get to.  I watched some clips today that were beautiful and inspiring to me..... :)

When I was little I always wanted to be and astronaut.  I have always been fascinated with the stars and I don't know why I never took a class on them.  God blessed me with a horrible thing called motion sickness and I couldn't even ride Mission Space without getting sick.  So needless to say an astronaut was not in my future.

So back to square one.  I would love to be in shape enough where I could hike up all the cool mountains and explore nature.  I would love to either be a scientist and find new species or be a photographer who goes to all the cool places to take awesome pictures.  I could so be one of the people who hang out in the savanna with all the lions and tigers and all the animals!  ( sorry I don't know the exact names for any of these jobs)

It is so confusing in life to figure out what you want to do when you have so many options but not many resources.  That's when I think many children do what their parents do, because its a easy resource they have.  Yes, I went into business because my parents are, and I never thought I would have a choice to do anything else.  Now that I sit at home all day its been really getting me thinking about what I can do....

I have been blessed with an amazing family and I am in no way saying that they didn't give me the option to do what I want to do, but it would of been easier if it was there for me to jump in.  Seriously how do you get into the jobs that are crazy like that unless you know the right people?  How do you meet those people?  How can you afford to travel and do all of that?  I understand when people are struggling actresses and actors because to travel and go for the dreams you want to do you have to spend a lot of money.  Why is it like that?  Why are the resources not there for you to use? I always wanted to be a singer, but couldn't sing. I always wanted to be and actress, but didn't know how. I always wanted to be and artist, but couldn't paint.

So creative!

When you grow up in a small town it is very difficult to do anything except for what is available there.  I want to do many things but don't know how I can do them.  If you have any suggestions on how you can accomplish these hugh dreams let me know because I am here to change my lifestyle to be healthy so I have plenty of time to check each thing off of my bucket list, I just need help getting started!  (isn't that the problem for a lot of people)
